Chuan (“Cherry”) Lillicrap is the owner, founder and licensee of CEA Conveyancing established in 2016. Cherry is a licensed conveyancer and Justice of the Peace. Cherry has worked many years in law firms initially from suburban small law firms to a large national law firm.
Having acquired her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at the Sydney Institute of TAFE in 2011, she received the State Medal Award for her leading performance across NSW. She holds an unrestricted conveyancer’s licence and is a full member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW Division). Since starting her journey, Cherry has made records with her performance as a conveyancer including settling a matter within 24 hours from receipt of a purchase file.
As a bi-lingual and Mandarin interpreter, speaking Mandarin, Cantonese and English, we speak your language and bridge the cultural differences. Having lived in Inner West for more than 20+ years, Cherry has built up an extensive network with real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers and other property professionals.
